Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain harmonious relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Conducted product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients, highlighting the features of our products and services.
  • Deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals to meet sales targets.
  • Follow up on progress billing payment to the client
  • Collaborate with the Design Department, Costing Department, Installation Group, and Fabrication Department to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities even after sales
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as revenue targets, conversion rates, and client acquisition costs.
  • Good critical thinking
  • Know how to set priorities
  • Other tasks as may be assigned by the superior
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • With a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Can work independently and as a group.
  • Willing to travel to meet possible clients.
  • Can drive 4 wheels and having own vehicle is an advantage.
